Description

Mandatory application of this schedule: this entry does not apply to consignments of fishmeal which are accompanied by a certificate issued by a competent authority of the country of shipment, stating that the consignment to be shipped has no self-heating properties when transported in bulk.

This entry covers materials that are brown to greenish-brown residues of fish, obtained after heating and dryíng. Moisture content: more than 5% but not more than 12%, by mass. Fat content: not more than 15%, by mass. Bulk density: 300 -700 kg/m3Non-IMSBC Code information: used mainly for animal feeds, raw material for fish protein concentrate and fertilisers (when the fish meal is damaged and unsuitable for use as animal feeds).
