The masterclass takes a 360 degree look at laytime and demurrage from the point of view that the parties to a commodity contract and a charter party may have different very different priorities, but both wish to avoid costly contractual mistakes.

Course certification
Participants will be given an option of taking a final assessment (open-book test) at the end of the course, and Certificate of Achievement will be issued with a grade (distinction, merit or pass). Those not taking the assessment will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
