BIMCO Dry Bulk Cargo Network – FAQ from 4th meeting ready
Published: 10 December 2024
Questions from our owner members during the 4th BIMCO Dry Bulk Cargo Network meeting have been compiled together with related BIMCO links and are ready to be shared with everyone involved in shipment of dry solid cargoes.
The questions raised were mostly related to Group C cargoes that can liquefy, the carriage of seed cakes under the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code and the associated operational challenges.
Read here the
FAQ of 4th Meeting of the BIMCO Dry Bulk Cargo Network, exclusively available to BIMCO members only.
We encourage all BIMCO owner members dealing with the shipment of dry bulk cargoes to join the network, where you will get the opportunity to ask questions and get useful information and knowledge from other members. Meetings are all held online. The next online meeting which will be the first for 2025 is on Thursday 13 February 2025 at 07:00-08.30 UTC and the topics voted by the members to be dealt with at this first meeting will be as follows:
