Søren Larsen retires from BIMCO after 39 years

Concluding his long career in BIMCO, Søren was most recently Deputy Secretary General and based in Singapore.

Søren has been instrumental in leading BIMCO's contractual work and has headed BIMCO's Singapore office for the last two years.

Members and the wider industry have been saying farewell to him at several recent events, and we all wish him well for his well-earned retirement – and hope that his injury sustained playing football is soon healed!

Taking over from him as Deputy Secretary General for BIMCO’s contractual work is Stinne Taiger Ivø based at our head office in Copenhagen. Our team in Asia now consists of:
