VOLCOA Japanese Terms

This provision will be applicable when the parties have chosen Japanese law as the governing law of VOLCOA.

In such cases, the VOLCOA Japanese Terms will replace Clause 21 (Law and Arbitration) of VOLCOA and disputes should be referred to arbitration in Japan.
