As a member-based organisation, BIMCO's members meet bi-annually in general meetings, electing the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and other committees in accordance with the BIMCO Rules.

Board of Directors

The BIMCO Board of Directors' role and responsibility is to ensure that BIMCO is governed in accordance with the BIMCO Rules and in adherence to the Vision and Mission Statements of BIMCO.
